Life in the UK Master (“the app”, also available at lifeintheukmaster.com) is an independent study app for the Life in the UK Test. This policy explains what data the app and website use and why.

What stays on your device

Your answers, scores, streaks, flashcard progress, settings, name and test date are stored only on your device. Studying works fully offline. Deleting the app or using “Reset progress” removes this data.

Optional account and sync

If you choose to sign in, we store your email address and a copy of your study progress with our database provider so you can use it on several devices. You can delete your account and cloud data at any time in Profile & account.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob on browsing screens only — never during lessons, practice questions or mock tests. Before any ad is requested, users in the UK and EEA are asked for consent. Google may use device identifiers to show and measure ads; you can choose non-personalised ads and change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. On iOS, the app asks permission before tracking. On the website version, ads come from Google AdSense and may use cookies; visitors in the UK and EEA are asked for consent first, and can change it from the “Privacy and cookie settings” link. Purchases

The optional “Remove ads” purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

Anonymous usage data (optional)

If you switch on “Share anonymous usage data”, the app sends anonymous events (for example which questions are often answered incorrectly) with a random install ID. It never includes your name, email or free text. It is off by default.

Notifications

Daily reminders are scheduled on your device. No data is sent to a server for them.

Children

The app is intended for adults preparing for the Life in the UK Test and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact support@lifeintheukmaster.com.

Independence

The app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with the UK Government or the Home Office.

Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob reklamlarını yalnızca gezinme ekranlarında gösterir — dersler, pratik sorular veya deneme sınavları sırasında asla. Herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce Birleşik Krallık ve AEA’daki kullanıcılardan onay alınır. Google reklamları göstermek ve ölçmek için cihaz tanımlayıcılarını kullanabilir; kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamları seçebilir ve tercihini istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik tercihleri’nden değiştirebilirsin. iOS’ta uygulama izleme yapmadan önce izin ister. Web sitesi sürümünde reklamlar Google AdSense’ten gelir ve çerez kullanabilir; Birleşik Krallık ve AEA’daki ziyaretçilerden önce onay istenir ve bu tercih “Gizlilik ve çerez ayarları” bağlantısından değiştirilebilir. Anonim kullanım verisi (isteğe bağlı)

“Anonim kullanım verisi paylaş” seçeneğini açarsan, uygulama rastgele bir kurulum kimliğiyle anonim olaylar (örneğin hangi soruların sık yanlış cevaplandığı) gönderir. Adını, e-postanı veya serbest metni asla içermez. Varsayılan olarak kapalıdır.

Bildirimler

Günlük hatırlatmalar cihazında planlanır. Bunlar için sunucuya veri gönderilmez.

Çocuklar

Uygulama Life in the UK sınavına hazırlanan yetişkinler içindir ve çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Hakların
